CAPA BOT and EC is very thankful to all who joined us on CAPA’s Community Iftar and Chand Raat on Sunday, July 27 in Days Inn North which turned out to be a big popular event. About 250+ people showed up to enjoy food and share the joys of Eid.
Thanks to Muhammad Ashraf saheb, who allowed us to use three halls in his hotel to accommodate an unexpectedly big crowd. There was plenty of food (thanks to all the families who brought generous amount of food to share), gifts for all the children and prizes for ladies and children who participated and enjoyed games. A few stalls for the ladies dresses were set up too.
Prizes & gifts were donated by Mrs. Dolly Butt, Mrs. Rabia Khan, Mrs. Bilqees Tariq, Mrs., Shamim Aqil, Mrs. Uzma Roshen, Mrs. Kausar Waheed, and CAPA. A big thank to all of you. Mrs. Shahida Shaikh, Mrs. Ayisha Abdullah and her daughters helped with the balloons and toys.

Current and former CAPA BOT and EC member families contributed the most towards Iftari and helped in setting the hall, arranging the key Iftar items. Special thanks to Mrs. Mishalle Madni, Mr. Azhar Madni, Mrs. Raheela Khawaja, Mr. Shahid Sheikh, Mr. Jamshed Akhtar, Mrs. Nasreen Arif, Mrs. Hina Haroon, Mrs. Dilshad Tariq, Mr. Tariq Mahmood, Mr. Farooq Wirk, & Mr. Tariq Qureshi for their help during the event.

All supplies were provided courtesy of CAPA. A big thank to Mr. Athar Ashraf who set up the sound system & saved us by bringing in extra supplies of plates at the last moment.
Last but not the least, our appreciation of the time and efforts put in by Mrs. Shamim Aqil & her team for arranging & managing a very successful  community event.
